This program seeks to provide SOL Pads for girls (reusable/washable sanitary pads) to school going girls in rural communities. Most girls miss school during their menses, others sit on small piles of dirt while others use old and tattered pieces of rags while on their menses because they can’t afford to buy sanitary pads. This program seeks to restore dignity among rural girls, reduce their absenteeism from school caused by their menses and boost their competitiveness in school.
The program further provides school tuition & fees, purchase of school uniforms and school supplies to the poor and vulnerable school going children.

We work in remote and rural community schools to provide vital basic skills. Our unique approach then helps parents and teachers to create sustainable, effective schools and to nurture their children’s learning and community development.
Most of the rural schools have their floors smeared by water and cow manure for dust prevention from the children.As an organization,we cement floors in such rural schools to provide a conducive learning environment for the children.
